"Hey, I'm Indy. I am 26 years old and I bring over 8 years of experience in the disability and aged care sector. Currently studying social welfare, I am passionately dedicated to redefining care standards and truly engaging with my client's lives. My approach goes beyond traditional business practices; I strive to be an integral part of my client's journey, ensuring my services positively impact them. I also prioritise training my staff to meet the high standards I set, fostering a compassionate and skilled team. My mission is to set a new standard of care, and provide the care that has been so needed in the community for so long."
My Story
My Journey has been anything but ordinary, full of up's, downs, challenges and lessons that shaped the person I am today. I've walked through the hard moments, I learned from my mistakes and discovered a strength I didn't know I had. Every step, even the difficult one's, has given me the insight and empathy I now bring to the people I support.
I've learnt that true care isn't just about showing up, It's about really seeing someone, hearing them, and believing in them when they can't believe in themselves.

That's why I created Let's Live Hub NQ. This isn't just a service; it's a safe place, a listening ear and a hand to hold when life feels heavy, or light. Every person that comes to us matter's and I am committed to fighting for their dignity, their dreams, and their right to feel valued.

I want to set a new standard of care. One where compassion is non-negotiable, individuality is celebrated and support isn't just "good enough", it's exceptional. I believe care can be done differently, with heart, with respect and with genuine belief in the people we serve.
